Refund Policy
1. Digital Products
We provide digital manuals and user guides available in electronic format (PDF, online access or similar resources). Once a purchase has been completed and the confirmation email or access link has been delivered, the digital content becomes available to the customer immediately. No physical products are shipped.
2. Access and Availability
Access to the purchased digital content is granted as soon as the confirmation email or access credentials have been sent to the email address provided during checkout. At this stage, the service is considered initiated and the digital resource is regarded as available for consultation or download by the customer.
Because of the immediate nature of digital delivery, refund requests may not apply once the access link or confirmation message has been successfully issued and delivered.
3. Support Requests
If you encounter a technical issue, you may contact support with the following information:
- Order number
- Transaction hash (TXID) if crypto payment was used
- Email address used during purchase
- Screenshot or description of the issue (file not received, inaccessible content, or corrupted file)
4. Resolution Time
Our support team will review the request and, if necessary, provide assistance or technical resolution. Response and processing times may vary depending on the nature of the request.
5. Limitations
Due to the nature of digital products, once access to the content has been successfully provided via email or download link, the resource is considered delivered and accessible. Requests related to previously accessed or downloaded content may therefore not be eligible for reimbursement, except in the case of verified technical issues or delivery errors.
