Conditions Générales de Vente
1. Purpose
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (TOS) govern the online sale of digital content offered by DeviceDock. Any order implies full and unconditional acceptance of these terms.
2. Products
We exclusively sell digital resources (electronic files, documents, guides, etc.). These contents are provided within 24h–72h after payment validation and do not constitute physical goods under any circumstances.
3. Pricing and Payment
- Prices are displayed in euros (€), all taxes included.
- Payments are secured and processed via Stripe or any other indicated payment solution.
- Payment confirmation constitutes final validation of the order and triggers the availability of the digital content.
4. Delivery / Access
Digital content becomes accessible immediately after payment confirmation, either through direct download or by sending an access link to the email address provided by the customer. No physical delivery is performed.
5. Withdrawal Right and Refund Policy
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for contracts involving the supply of digital content not provided on a physical medium when the execution has begun with the user's prior consent and express waiver of their withdrawal right. By placing an order, the customer acknowledges having requested immediate execution of the service and agrees that the right of withdrawal does not apply. Therefore, no refunds will be issued, except in cases of non-compliance of the digital content or obvious billing errors. Any refund request must be sent to: support@DeviceDock.future
6. Liability
DeviceDock shall not be held responsible for indirect damages, data loss, or misuse of the digital content. The user agrees to use the purchased resources only for their intended purpose and not to exploit them in any unlawful manner.
7. Intellectual Property
All digital content sold is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Any reproduction, distribution, redistribution, or unauthorized sharing in any form is strictly prohibited and may lead to legal action.
